Welcome! I’m Sam, the founder of Mindful Collective and a dedicated Trauma-Informed Breath Coach and Holistic Life Coach with a deep-rooted passion for mind-body wellness. My journey into holistic health and healing has been guided by the belief that what doesn't get processed outside the body gets stored within it. Our issues truly live in our tissues, and it’s my mission to help you release, restore, and rebalance.

With a background and or certifications in Holistic Health and Nutrition, Life Coaching, Reiki, Sacred Sexuality, Tantra, Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing and Somatic Work, I bring a comprehensive approach to healing. I am committed to helping individuals connect with their bodies to experience profound transformations. Through somatic work such as breathwork and other body-based methods, I facilitate shifts that lead to lasting change and overall well-being.

What is Breathwork

Breathwork is a practice of various styles of breathing. Most of these practices originate from ancient yoga traditions based on pranayama, which translates or means “the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises”.

Breathwork Is a Direct Path to Transformation and Well-Being

Breathwork is an active and physical modality, offering profound shifts in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These conscious breathing practices helps center yourself, shed old patterns, and reestablish harmony in your body, mind, and spirit.

Unlike traditional meditation, Oftentimes Breathwork involves rhythmic inhales and exhales through the mouth, guided by music. This circular breathing rhythm can be one of the most profound healing experiences you’ll ever encounter.
