Optional: Sage, Palo Santo, essential oils

  • One-On-One In-Person Breathwork: For people who are desiring more of that one-on-one touch and customized session. Payment will be taken in the studio. Email to schedule.

Session Overview

Your session begins with a personalized consultation with Sam. This friendly yet in depth conversation will explore your current life circumstances, focusing on what you wish to release—whether it's blocks, fears, resistance, shame, negative thought patterns, or heavy emotions. You may touch on family and relationship dynamics, as well as anything else weighing on your heart.

Following the consultation, you will be guided through a transformative breathing practice and meditation, accompanied by carefully curated music. This process helps release stored tension, suppressed emotions, and stagnant energy. By letting go of these burdens, you create space for clarity, peace, and renewed vitality. Conscious breathing not only facilitates deep emotional healing but also promotes physical well-being by reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity.

For in-person sessions, additional tools such as sound healing and hands-on techniques may be integrated to enhance your experience and deepen your sense of relaxation and inner harmony.
